PCC Raises Over $4,000 in Support of Young Adults with Developmental Disabilities!

We’re thrilled to share some incredible news—Positive Community Connections (PCC) has successfully raised over $4,000 through our recent Luv Michael fundraising campaign! This accomplishment is a powerful reminder of what we can achieve when a community comes together with compassion and purpose.

The funds raised will be split between PCC and Luv Michael, two nonprofit organizations committed to empowering young adults with developmental disabilities on Long Island. Both organizations work to ensure these young adults have access to meaningful work, vibrant social connections, and the tools they need to lead self-directed, fulfilling lives—free from isolation and full of possibility.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who donated to this special cause. Your generosity directly supports the mission of fostering independence, dignity, and inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities.

A special shout-out goes to Tom Conklin, PCC’s amazing Special Event Coordinator, who went above and beyond to bring in the most donations. Thank you, Tom, for your dedication and leadership—you’re an inspiration to us all!

As a token of our appreciation, everyone who contributed to the campaign will receive a Luv Michael granola sample and a thank-you card. We hope you enjoy this small gift as a symbol of the big impact you've helped create.

Together, we are building a stronger, more connected community—thank you for being a part of it!
