PCC Enjoys a Wildly Fun Day at the Long Island Game Farm

PCC members gathered at the Long Island Game Farm for a meetup filled with sunshine, laughter, and plenty of furry—and not-so-furry—friends. With crisp autumn air all around us and golden leaves overhead, it was the perfect setting to enjoy nature and each other’s company.

From the moment we arrived, the animals made sure the day was unforgettable. We got up close and personal with creatures of all kinds, some exotic and some familiar favorites. Members hand-fed gentle deer and playful baby goats, who wasted no time charming everyone with their energy and curiosity. The lemurs stole the spotlight as always, leaping, lounging, and watching us with bright eyes full of personality.

And of course, the camel made a special appearance—instantly winning hearts with his calm nature and larger-than-life presence. Whether you were meeting a camel for the first time or reconnecting with longtime animal friends, the experience felt magical.

More than anything, the day was about being together. PCC members shared smiles, swapped stories, and enjoyed the rare chance to disconnect from daily routines and reconnect with nature. The autumn sun kept us warm as we explored the farm, making it easy to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply enjoy the moment.

As the day came to a close, no one wanted to leave—but everyone walked away with great memories, new photos, and the feeling that we had truly made the most of a beautiful fall day.

Here’s to more adventures, more nature, and more time together. PCC had such a great time—and we can’t wait for the next meetup!
